These terms govern your use of the Devotee Invite workspace operated by Devotee Invite. By using the workspace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the workspace.
1. Our service
Devotee Invite provides tools for managing community contacts, invitations, WhatsApp conversations, message templates, campaigns and related reports. Workspace access is provided by an administrator.
2. Accounts and access
Use only an account you are authorized to access. Keep your login details secure, provide accurate account information and report suspected unauthorized access to your administrator. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
3. Responsible messaging
You must have the necessary permission and lawful basis to import contacts, process their information and send messages. Respect recipients' communication preferences and requests to stop messages. Do not use the service for spam, fraud, harassment, impersonation, unlawful content or infringement of another person's rights.
Use of WhatsApp features must also comply with the applicable WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Business Terms.
4. Your content and data
You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize us to store, process and transmit that content as needed to operate the service. Only upload or share content you have permission to use. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
5. Third-party services and availability
Messaging depends on WhatsApp, Meta and other infrastructure providers. Delivery, template approval and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. Third-party services may apply their own terms, limits and charges. Devotee Invite is not endorsed by Meta or WhatsApp.
6. Restrictions and suspension
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or disrupt the service. Access may be restricted or suspended for misuse, security concerns or violations of these terms. Contact your administrator if you wish to stop using your account.
7. Service limitations
The service is provided on an available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Please review it periodically and contact us if you have questions.
